County officials amend public health orders following changes to state guidelines

Sacramento County health officials announced Monday they amended novel coronavirus health orders to allow hair salons and barbershops to resume indoor operations.
萨克拉门托县卫生官员周一宣布，他们修改了新的冠状病毒卫生命令，允许发廊恢复室内运营。
The amendments were announced after Gov. Gavin Newsom unveiled on Friday a new tiered system for what sectors in each county across the state can reopen based on the number of new COVID-19 cases.
上周五，加州州长加文纽森(Gavin Newsom)公布了一项新的分级制度，规定全州每个县的哪些部门可以根据新冠肺炎病例数量重新开放。
Sacramento County is in the first tier, or the purple tier, meaning COVID-19 cases are widespread due to “a daily case count of more than seven per 100,000 people and positivity rate of more than 8%.”
萨克拉门托县属于第一级，也就是紫色一级，这意味着COVID-19病例广泛存在，因为“每天每10万人中有7例以上的病例，阳性率超过8%。”
“Counties are required to remain in an assigned tier for a minimum of three weeks and must meet the criteria for the next tier for two consecutive weeks before being able to advance to the next tier,” county officials said in a statement Monday.

Sacramento County said the changes go into effect Monday.

The new system allows the following sectors in Sacramento County to reopen indoor operations with public health modifications:

All retail with a 25% maximum capacity.

The outdoor services can be conducted under a tent, canopy or other sun shelters as long as no more than one side is closed.
