萨城车祸，30岁男子当场死亡，司机被拘留！
(KCRA3)A driver was detained Monday after a crash in south Sacramento that killed a pedestrian, police said.
警方称，周一，一名司机在南萨克拉门托发生撞车事故，造成一名行人死亡，目前已被拘留。
The crash happened at 3:30 p.m. in the 5600 block of Fruitridge Road, the Sacramento Police Department said. Officers who went to the crash scene found a man in his 30s who was hit by a car.
萨克拉门托警察局表示，事故发生在下午3点30分，地点位于弗特拉里奇路的5600街区。警察赶到车祸现场，发现一名30多岁的男子被车撞了。
Police said he was declared dead at the scene.
警方说，他被当场宣布死亡。
The driver was still at the scene and detained in connection with the crash, officials said.

"Due to the fatality, detectives and crime scene investigators have responded to take over the investigation," police said in a statement. "They will be conducting a canvass for witnesses, surveillance footage and evidence throughout the night. The circumstances leading up to this collision are still under investigation."
