loan processor assistant
ACG Funding is a residential mortgage lender dedicated assist homebuyers and homeowners achieving their financing needs.
We’re currently looking for a loan processor assistant to grow with us. We’re dedicated to the pursuit of grown and education.
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
- Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives
Position Responsibilities
- Ordering of necessary mortgage related items;
- Retrieving documents from the Web Portal;
- Review potential borrower applications;
- Prepare and send loan disclosure packages;
- Sort and prepare borrower files to ensure all documents are present;
- Provide support to loan officers
- Coordinate with escrow, title, loan officer, processor, and various other parties on a daily basis to close files on a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned.
