The Sacramento Police Department on Thursday was asking the public to help find a 48-year-old man with medical conditions who has been missing for nearly a month.

Douglas McCormick was last seen about 7:30 a.m. on June 18 in the area of Massie Court and Stockton Boulevard in the Parkway section of south Sacramento, according to a police news release.

Detectives have canvassed all last known areas where McCormick possibly could’ve been, police officials said. They described McCormick as a white man, 5-foot-10, 110 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair. Officers said he may appear disoriented and very thin.

McCormick was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans and no shoes, according to police. And he was not wearing his glasses and didn’t have identification or a phone with him when he disappeared.

Officials said McCormick was considered an at-risk missing person because he has medical conditions.

Detectives asked anyone with information on McCormick’s whereabouts to call the Police Department’s dispatch center at 916-808-5471.
